  tonite in many halls blood cards and identity cards are being issued to consenting jw's.

  non-custodial non-jw parents may have legal recourse as to their children's treatment in the time of need.

  Did you throw your meeting clothes out?

  just been clearing some space in my house and deciding what to get rid of.i have a whole rack of "meeting clothes" shirts , suits ties etc that i have never worn since i left.i kept a few shirts and a couple of suits just in case i need them sometime.what a load of money those clothes most have cost me.one extra good reason for leaving, and think of all those dry cleaning bills you'll miss as well.bad luck if you work in an office.

  Witch Child is my chosen name. It whispers about magic and a kind of newness that I seek always to keep in my heart and in my approach to life. I love it. It is also one of the names of an abused little girl who survived to devastate her abusers. She managed to retain the essense of her innocense in doing so, too.

  I am sitting next to a pedophile!

  a co-worker who sits across the isle from me was recently arrested for molesting a 10 year old girl.

  my employer has let him come back to work since he has not been convicted yet.

  the rest of the staff were notified by management to not talk to this guy about anything non work related.. it is really going to be hard not so say something to this slug.. what would you do if you had to sit next to a pedophile at work?

  Gods! That is just awful. Personally, as a mom of 3 kids, ages 7 months, 6 years and 9 years, I think I would complain in writing about being seated anywhere NEAR this person. I would ask through official channels to be moved immediately.

  I feel so bad for you. How creepy.

  Nearly died/motivational quotes needed

  on january 1st, after a week of no sleep, working through xmas and its stress and months of marital super-stress i walked into my room and gave up.

  i told god that if he wanted to step in, to do so now, as otherwise im going.

  i sat down and swallowed a brand new prescription of valium 10mg as well as clonadine, also a new prescription.

  I thank the Goddess that you are alright! We all get overwhelmed sometimes, anybody can snap. You are not alone. Way back when I was young, teens, I tried to end my life. It was so surreal. I wrote all these letters and just kept popping pills. Suddenly I just up and changed my mind. Solid. Not a bit of a wish to die left over... so off to the ER, ICU etc. Like you, I was super stressed out and exaughsted. It's been maybe 17 years now, I have never come close to that level of despair. I've been through some major bad times since then but I've kept my equilibrium.

  I guess I'm just trying to say that I think you're going to be ok and that you most likely won't snap again. I'm so glad you are still here, your girls need you, love you. If you ever need to talk you can email me; [email protected]

  under the category of "brother franz would be spinning in his grave if he knew...":.

  a poster on another message board (a religious debate board, not jw-specific) mentioned that just before xmas, her husband was accosted outside their home by jws who managed to place literature with him.

  instead of mentioning this to his wife, he simply placed the literature in her xmas stocking!

  On the UN-paranoid side.... that could have been ME several years ago, when I was young. I was frequently out 1am and later. I worked at various eateries over the years and almost never had a ride home. I used to get really freaked out walking alone in the darkness and semi-darkness in all kinds of weather, hardly a car to be seen, if any. I was too scared to go ask a total stranger for a ride. I might have if I was more terrified of wild dogs... Sometimes the police would see me while they were out patrolling and they would take me home. I really love those guys!

  How to Prevent Mind Control.

  this software can protect you from the evil mind control of the wts (and all the other baddies out there) forever!

  unfortunately it only runs on linux but as you'll see, microsoft is in league with the mind control forces anyway, hell, bill gates may even be controlling the gb for all we know?

  they do use primarily microsoft software in bethel.. i cannot overemphasise how important it is that everyone urgently replace windows with linux and install this software as soon as is humanly possible!.

  Linux ROCKS! I'm using a Linux box right now. (do I get a brownie point?) I'm using Mandrake Linux currently, Redhat was also nice.
